Konea 139 is among the very finest and largest 2 bedroom condos in the entire resort. It is one of the larger two bedroom condos with a big private wrap around lanai. First floor location makes it very convenient to access. **
Dine on the lanai or inside the condo. The beautiful kitchen in this condo offers all Bosch appliances. All granite counter tops and full granite backsplash add to the gorgeous refined feel. The walls of folding Nana doors can be opened and the lanai space can be incorporated seamlessly into the living area. 11 foot ceiling. Konea 139 is very private and does not have any common walls. TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 17.962% to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation. (Subject to change);

Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.

OCCUPANCY:
Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.
One infant is allowed without additional fees.

Bed Split Fee:
$50 plus tax for the option to split the bed in the guest bedroom.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
